Suddenly I started climbing 45 seconds later down. It felt like it was 5 seconds. when I was going up with Milan, Logan, Nikua I made it really hard for Nikua because he is big and I was going through small gaps. then we finally we made it to the top and soon after we made it to the bottom. When I went on my own I went so fast.












I felt like my writing was a bit to short and I could of added a lot of more detail. I think I
used different sentence types I could have edited my work abit more and I think I
organise writing according to the text type.

WEEK 4 REFLECTION for Passion Project

WEEK 4 REFLECTION

What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time?

To get  5 or 6 shots in and to score a half court shot. We  had lots of fun trying to 
get the shot in and trying not to miss it took a while but we finished in time today.

What challenges did I have?

To actually get the  ball into the net the hardest one to get in the hoop was the half
court shot because you have to get the right angle and to get the right pace on it.

What am I going to work on next week?

To finish are presentation and maybe add some pictures of us editing are i movie and what we could do better. We also could add some words into the slide show to make it more interesting.  maybe I could get more videos done if we finish are slide,

What did you learn about at science in a Van?

About mass boost and weight  if you have low mass and big boost you will go really far and fast.
Newtons three laws of motion
And that if you stand on lots of stones it won't be as pain full as one
 Who was the man behind the laws of motion

it was called Newton's laws of motion.

What did you find interesting about Science in a Van
When we looked through the spine  thing and his head got bigger it felt like a balloon/ 

What was the best joke the presenters told?
it's just like L&P but without the L 😂.

What did I achieve this week during Passion Project time?

To get some videos on the slide and on youtube.

We also got to practice some tricks without videos

What challenges did I have?

To land some of are tricks like tailwip and bar spin because I can't always land them. To get the right angle for the iPad.

To get a lot more youtube videos on and practice some more.

What Learning did you find challenging this week?
 I found my mathletics hard because Mr J gave us a really hard task and when I got
one write it said it was wrong.

How did you use a growth mindset to overcome these learning challenges?
 I showed a growth mindset by keep trying in math because we did algorithm and I thought
I could not do it but when Mr J taught me I got the hang of it.

What is the piece of the work you are most proud of this week?
my writing because it is high quality standard and I love the words I put in it.

Why are you proud if it?
because I put-in a lot of effort and fixing up my work.

Scooter tricks

What are my big questions to guide my learning?
How can I complete basic scooter tricks to perfection?

I chose this particular topic because….(give three reasons why?)

We love to play on are scooters. We need to learn new tricks. We like to learn new skills.

What are some possible ways I could share my learning?  Choose 3 possible ways.

What materials will I need to accomplish my task?
A device and scooters.

What problems do I foresee occurring during this project and what will I do to solve them?

Failing the trick, keep trying. Falling over. Get back up again.

No but you should use it most of the time to make it more interesting.

Because it is good to make them feel good so they wont just give up on it

Yes, because it is a good thing so they feel good about them self.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO GIVE QUALITY FEEDBACK
So they can Learn from there mistakes and feel good about them self for trying hard.

What were the best parts of Childrens Day?

The beach and eating the wonderfull sausages on the lovely day. 

Why?

because Me Mason and Toby dug up a giant hole and put castles around it. and the sausages were so good that I had to have two. we also broke the giant castle that I made.

What Values did you use/show at Childrens Day?

respect and connect 

How?
respect because I found a spider and picked it up and took it in to the bushes so he could survive.

1 Who did you share a bunk room with?

2 What was your favourite rotation activity? (Describe the activity)

The rock climbing because I got so close to finishing the around the world . It is were you have to hold on to the fake rocks and make your way around the course and try to finish it so you can win. There are ledges that you can climb onto if you feel tired.

3 Why?

Because we all got to play heaps of games. and we also got to have free time. That's when I made it high up and fell down onto the mat. The games we played were shark attack monkey fight and around the world. My favourite game was around the world because I got so close to the end.

4 What two school values did you show?

I showed respect and connect.

5 How?

        Because I was respecting peoples space by being quit when they wanted to go to sleep and also respecting people that wanted to play. I was connecting to other people by not just talking to them but also playing with them. and joining in on peoples games.

6 What was the best part of camp for you?

The pool it is the best

7 Why? Because it has basketball hoops and we play rugby. And I shot a half court from the in
side. And because the big pool is the warm pool so it is more relaxing. And that makes it way
more easy to swim and run so I have a better chance to get the ball in the hoop.

What do you like about them?

That he is really funny and he makes up silly dances. I like that he is not shy and he is not afraid to say stuff.

What things do you have in common with you buddy?

We both like to play basketball. We both like to play team up tag.

What things are different about you and your buddy?
I like football and he likes rugby. My eyes are brown his are blue.
